Let's Get Ready FREE SAT Prep at Dobbins - Last Push for Junior Enrollment

High School Counselors,

Let's Get Ready (LGR), a free SAT prep program for juniors, has been operating at Dobbins this semester, with the initial goal of serving students in NN4 (Dobbins, Randolph, and Mastbaum). Because there are additional slots that have not yet been filled, Let's Get Ready is opening up the program to students from other schools. If you know of students that would be excited to take advantage of this opportunity, the flyer and schedule are attached, and program details and student enrollment information is included below:

Program Details:
What: Free SAT Prep
Who: High School Juniors
Where: Dobbins High School
When: 8 week session (started the week of February 22nd), and that will run Mondays and Wednesdays through April 27th from 3:30 to 6 pm . The next class is March 16th at 3:30 pm . The full schedule is attached.
Why: LGR reports that, on average, students who take this course see a 115 point bump in their SAT score, and 92 % of their students enroll in college.

Students who are interested:

2) Email Erin Gold at egold@letsgetready.org with their PSAT score
3) Attend the next class on Wednesday, March 16th at 3:30 pm

Attendance is mandatory, so it is important for students to understand that this is a serious commitment.
