Title:  SCOP EXPO

Hundreds of families from across the city will be coming to Fairmount Park, 41st and Parkside Avenue for the SCOP EXPO 2016 on Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 11 am to 4 pm.

This annual event is a exposition of the many talents, resources and opportunities that that the Supporting Community Outreach Program (SCOP) has to offer.  The event will include:  live stage performances, thrill rides, drill teams, dance groups, singers, rappers, face painting, food  and giveaways.

This is event is hosted by the over 200 SCOP groups that are funded by the Department of Human Services, Family and Community Support Center. 

Who Should Attend?

All families seeking a positive, wholesome experience.    Members and participants in SCOP activities. 

The Supporting Community Outreach Program (SCOP) is a community engagement, anti-delinquency initiative sponsored by the Department of Human Services.  There are  over 200 programs partially funded via SCOP Grants.  The programs which are youth focused and community based, offer recreational, cultural, educational and social developmental opporunities and resources for youth through the city.
